I got bored and decided to add in color indicators for invalid object placement positions. Now sometimes the cube is *drum roll* red!

Set things up to start working on some actual game play, oh the life of a custom game engine, takes a minute to get to the "fun" stuff ;)

So like, how low can it go? New to stocks

I got bored and decided to get transparency working for objects that are in "manual place mode".

I managed to get some basic object placement working, I thought it was going to take me 6 weeks for some reason but managed to get it somewhat working in one evening!

I thought I would really move my project forward by adding ...street lights. Just something about city props that I love.

Skeletal animation is fun they said... not sure what's causing this yet

My game has 20 percent click through rate but i get 1 wishlist daily what do i do wrong

I added sidewalks with proper collision meshes and took a go at my first real material (bumpy concrete sidewalks)! I am inching back towards working on something "playable", little by little!

Not much of an update this week but I no longer have z-fighting roads and added proper intersections/crosswalks!

Oh, why not even more boxes?! Let me know if y'all are starting to find me annoying... lol. I have not made this much progress on any project in years!

day 1 of learning opengl

Not really gfx related but close enough.... lol. I sometimes like to drink and eat snacks while I game, especially simulation games. I thought it would be neat to allow the player to move with just the the mouse buttons. Thumb buttons to move forward/back and right mouse button to move faster.

Another small update: I managed to get IBL working to help out with the ambient lighting. I enjoy posting small updates but if anyone is starting to find these annoying please let me know!
