If it is covered under their warranty, they should take care of it. If it is covered under the manufacturer warranty, they will transfer it to one of the local dealerships. If that is not an option, contact one of your local dealerships directly. Follow their instructions to get it scheduled. Expect them to have it no less than 6 weeks. If it is determined to be due to lack of maintenance, expect to pay out of pocket for the diagnosis. Assuming that it will be covered under the manufacturers warranty; expect them to have it even longer. Insurance claims are an opinion, I think. But I would fear bigger monthly payments afterwards.

the car still runs like it turns on and u can drive it but not for long until it goes to limp mode again.. thank you for your advice

Have any of these "mechanics" pulled codes and do they have the mental capacity to understand them? It could be as simple as a cam or crank position sensor or timing phaser solonoid...24k miles is way way to early for a timing belt failure on pretty much anything for the most part.
