My new high end pc doesn’t output the fps it should

Are those power cables you're using designed for that exact PSU? If not you're you've been lucky not to have cooked something. If they weren't approved for that PSU switch them for the ones that came with your unit,

I really don’t know yet and yes I did re-enable xmp, but I havnt gotten my pc back from the repair shop yet but I don’t think they can identify the issue. It just recently snowed a lot so it might be a week before I get my system back and try more at home solutions
