Honestly, most of the leaves look healthy. Monsteras are climbers so it’s looking for something to latch onto to climb up. I would recommend sticking a tall trellis in the pot to allow it to latch onto something. There are a bunch of sources online on how to help them climb up! As long as you don’t overwater it, it should be fine - monsteras are pretty hardy. However, I don’t recommend putting it in direct sunlight since that can burn the leaves! Perhaps a couple feet away from the window so that it gets indirect sunlight. You can also chop off some of the leaves that look yellow or are too droopy but that’s mainly for aesthetic purposes. I'd start from the blue line on the far left, and end at the orange line on the far right. I would tile in around the window as well. But if not grab some matching trim and end the top of your tile at the bottom of the upper cabinet, and add the trim on top. Then use that same trim on the far left side, which would end on the left side of that upper cabinet. Definitely tile the stove area.

Wow, thank you so much! We currently decided on white/light grey subway on white grout, but black grout seems like a good idea since it matches the cabinet handles! However, it will be our first time tiling, so we’re not sure if we should go with black grout if the mistakes show easily lol
