No. I have a late 2013 max spec and it’s not useable on macOS anymore. I hate to say it but that amount of money would get a used thinkpad T480 which would have an 8th gen quad core processor, which would absolutely annihilate this dinosaur of a MacBook.

like the other user said get a newer used windows laptop. that mac is extremely outdated and it doesn’t seem like u NEED a mac any laptop will do.
