How to learn to take a rest day?
I've been training for one year plus, lifting's been my most passionate hobby. I love to train, and I love to train everyday. I've been training 7 days per week for so long.
It's just I've recently took up a new job, it's physical labour, and every physically demanding. But I still want to train and love to train, it feels weird not to train everyday. I tried to keep the volume and number of exercises low, only 2 compounds for Push, 2 for Pull, 2 for Legs, 7 days per week.
Yet I'm still feeling fatigued, so so fatigued. I know I need to take rest days, but I couldn't, I still lift everday even though I know muscle grow more during rest, but spending a day not lifting anything feels like I'm skipping something and waste something hypertrophy-wise
