Batgirl still being in a wheelchair in this show makes absolutely no sense.

When you're in a universe with wizards that can open portals to other worlds, clones, artificially, created people, and the existence of extremely advanced robotics it makes absolutely no sense that a broken spine is apparently too much to fix. The only thing that explains it is that Barbra doesn't want to walk again for some reason. The Justice League gospel extremely incompetent if they can't figure out a way to fix Barbara's spine with all of the alien tech they have access to.
