Anyone know of any websites that breakdown shows?

I'm looking for help on how to structure and plan out my novel and found dramas/shows have always helped me better. I'm not the smartest so struggling with figuring out the flow of my novel (the MCs desire to dilemma to inciting incident etc). So I didn't know if there were websites that studied shows, books, etc that show you. If that makes sense?
