Do you find deloading helpful?

I've been training 7 days per week, plus I work hard physical demanding labour job 8 hours everyday. It might be too much but I've been training for 1 year plus, it feels weird to not work out everyday. Since I'm working at home I kept it simple, Weighted Push Up + Dips for Push, Weighted Chin Ups + Bent Over Row for Back, Squat + Walking Lunges for Legs. Push-Pull-Legs style. Everything for 4 sets, 7 days a week,

Yet, I still feel really really fatigue. Not fatigue enough to stay in bed and skip training. It just makes working out feel much more fatique than normal. I've cut down the amount of exercises, why do I still feel so fatique. Should I reduce the volume like 2 sets for each exercise? Or take a rest week?
