Should you eat before or after running?

I've recently started running, and I've been thinking about a question that’s been on my mind: should I eat before or after running? I know everyone's situation is different, but I'm curious to hear other people's thoughts and experiences.

I typically run in the morning or evening, which makes my eating choices a bit tricky. Sometimes I feel like running on an empty stomach is easier, but I worry it might affect my energy and performance. On the flip side, if I eat before running, I'm concerned about feeling uncomfortable or dealing with digestion issues.
