Trying to determine hinges for a DIY server cabinet

I have an 18U open server rack that I’ve decided to build an enclosing cabinet for in order to keep dust and noise at a minimum. I’m leaving unnecessary details out to keep the focus on my current problem so please keep that in mind. Only details relevant to my question are provided.

The cabinet dimensions are about 36” wide, 32” deep, and 44” tall.

I got sanded plywood to use so I can more easily sand and paint it.

The base and roof are 23/32” thick, and are 32”x 36”

The two sides are 15/32” thick, and are 36” x 44”

Within the cabinet I was planning on using 2x4s to put a frame together to mount to the base and then ultimately attach the sides and other pieces to. Similar to this attached mockup cad I did as a conceptual first draft.

The rack loads in on the base sideways. So the door will be 36” x 44” and is also 15/32” thick.

I’m trying to figure out both the placement of the sides and door, whether I put them on the base itself or off the side of it, as well as the hinges.

I originally got off Amazon, 2Pack Heavy Duty Piano Hinge, 2" Open Width x 20" Continuous & Piano Hinges, 0.06” Thick Stainless Steel Piano Hinge with Holes (I don’t know if Amazon links are allowed but that’s the product title if needed) but I’m not sure if these are the best hinges to use in order to create a door that closes flush with the cabinet as well as being able to be strong enough to hold this door in place due to its height and size.

I thought they might because of their length as well as the amount of screws between the two 20” pieces. I also picked up a wood chisel kit in order to chisel out a section on both the door and side piece so they will sit flush with the respective pieces they’re attached to.

If I put both the side pieces and the door aligned in a way so they both sit on the base, I’ll have to trim the sides since their current length would have them too long and would hang over the back.

Is there a different hinge I can use that might serve me better? I’m way out of my element here. If I finish this project I’m definitely gonna have to share it — no matter how good or bad it turns out.
