Help identifying?

Bought this stove today, only info I can pull off the tag is its perfection manufacturing co, but that returns nothing from the google machine. Has an 8 inch pipe, and the blower pushes exhausts out through the pipe, doesn't blow around the room. Also has a block on the top which reveals what feels like a grate
