I detest Menards. Am I in the minority?

Long story, short(ish) version: When loading (shoving, actually) two welded wire panels into the back of my SUV, the dock employees scratched and gouged several interior areas. I reported the damage that day and provided pictures via email to the store's front office. After waiting a month, their insurer Gallagher Bassett, denied my claim. Shocking, I know. The bigger problem is the communications moat Menards has constructed around their corporate HQ: There are no direct department telephone numbers. If a "guest" does manage to unearth a phone number, that number goes directly to voice mail hell ("Guest satisfaction is our number one goal") - PFFFT - and leaving a voice mail isn't even an option as they will only respond to questions/compliments/complaints, etc. in writing. I am so fed up with these billionaire-owned companies that abuse and underpay their staff and ignore their customers.
