Thresh heartsteel? And other builds?

Okay take this from a plat player so generally my information can be seen as none, but I’ve been playing around with different types of thresh builds, and I was wondering if it’s worth it to do heartsteel? You could run thornmail heart steel and sun fire aegis and put out some really good damage. Other than top player builds, what other funky builds could be good? Something untraditional like fleet footwork and damage stacking stuff? Just curious on other players builds they find to work well.
