Which bottle do you remember making you say “Wow” the first time you sipped it?

Looking for whatever really made an impression. Something out of the ordinary or just so damned good, you had to say “wow” when you tried that first sip. The bottle I remember doing this for me was Barrel Seagrass. It was just so unusual and flavorful that it caught me off guard. Loved it! How about all of y’all?
