This recently divorced dad wants something fun to drive

Ok everyone, help steer me to a few select models to start researching and looking for. Recently divorced, early 40s, with older kids that will occasionally need to be driven around but rarely so even a 2 door would be fine. I want refined, used, reliable, but most of all puts a smile on my face driving it. To give an idea of what I’d like I’m thinking Lexus, bmw, Porsche, Audi, etc… 5-7 years old and hopefully priced under $35k. I know maintenance is expensive but I also have an unlimited mileage work truck, so this car I’m searching for won’t be driven a ton around my small Midwest town. In the past I have looked at the s4/s5, macan, 340s, is350. Open to any and all model suggestions. Thanks
