Photography/Videography Time

Hi! I currently have two videographers and two photographers scheduled for our wedding day. We will be doing a first look that will begin at 12:30. Ceremony will start at 4:30 and reception will end at 11:30. The package I purchased has the lead photographer + videographer for the entire duration from 12:30 - 11:30, with the assistant photographer and videographer there for 8 hours. Do you think this is fine, or should I have all four stay the entire duration of the time?
