Destination wedding- child invite etiquette

Two questions-

1) is it standard for the bride and groom to organise an option for childcare at a destination wedding if you are having a child-free wedding event?

2) should the casual events in the days before/after the wedding (ie welcome drinks, brunch, etc) be inclusive of guest’s children even if the actual wedding isn’t?
