Can one url/link/web-address go to different websites?

I am not a programmer so I don’t know much on Computer Science.

I was wondering if when I enter a website address in the search bar, if I click enter I go to one website but if I type the same address on the same search bar on the same device, I would then go to a different website?

So much so that it is up to random chance as to which website I will go to? What if the websites that the URL goes to alternate on timed intervals?
