Strange Weather Radio.

The audio was captured In August 24th 2023, near Detroit, MI at around 3:30 AM. This Is a recording from a livestream of the 'KEC63' weather radio from NOAA. I'm not sure what the sound means as It doesn't sound like a typical alert, the sound captured In the recording played after that one alert tone/screech/buzz, pretty terrifying to wake up to.
