Blizzard WTF is this constant lightning bolt that Wereworgen gets to use non-stop

Seriously this recent update made wereworgen wayyyy more difficult. AND on top of that, the requirements for the pumpkin spice and witching tree challenges are quite a bit excessive. Who’s making these decisions??
