Cat’s cloudy eye

Hi there! I’ve had my cat for a couple years now, and ever since he was a kitten and I got him from the rescue his right eye has been all cloudy. The rescue said it probably got injured during birth or by a sibling. But I’m curious if people may have a more definitive idea about his eye and what is wrong with it! He moves around just fine so I don’t think he’s completely blind but his vision may be a little impaired.
