Low car parking areas during flood for Vadodara

Hello! I’m in Vadodara for 1.5 years, I’ve have a bmw 640 grand coupe that’s in Visakhapatnam that I’m planning on getting here I was wondering if anyone might know a spot for parking in case the floods hit again.

Furthermore I’m not sure about driving is down as the roads might not be favourable considering it’s pretty low for potholes and speed breakers. Could anyone recommend a good transport service from Visakhapatnam or Hyderabad to Vadodara
