Music Cities/Towns in Upstate NY

Hey there, might be a bit of a niche post and hopefully this is the right sub for that.

My band is doing a tour of Canada and our first Canadian stop is Ottawa. We're a band from NYC. I've been trying to book us the first leg of the tour in upstate NY somewhere but have been finding no luck.

I've tried Ithaca, Saratoga, Albany, Troy, Rochester, Syracuse. Buffalo is too far out of the way.

Do you guys know of any other venues or towns I should try to book? Or even venues in the cities I already mentioned that might be worth a pass?

We're going in late July so time is running out which has got me stressed hahah. Any insight you have would be great.

EDIT: we're a rock n roll band, verging on punk. a-la Strokes, Replacements, early Oasis etc.
