Any beef burger is tastier than any steak

Beef burgers are better and tastier than steak. And I don't mean on a cost adjusted basis. Give me a $10 burger from a fast food joint or a diner over the best steak from the most acclaimed steakhouse. The best steak can never match the texture of an ordinary burger you can buy from the place around the corner. People cooking steak are just perpetually struggling to cook a steak the right way. With a burger there is no problem. As long as the burger is not totally ruined (undercooked or cooked past well done) , it's better. Add ketchup and its damn near perfect. Don't even need cheese.
