Why has this happen 🦠 (Ima experiment)

So I decide to pick out the Trichoderma from my uncle Ben’s rice and I tried my best to get rid of the most I found when I did the break apart in my monotub. My substrate because perfect even thought the rice is moldy there was a lot more mycelium. I’m think it got to moist, I did a break and shake on it with my bare hands when it was in the bag and I’m also having it in my closet which is pretty clean with led lights I’m asking for thoughts not for throwing it out Thanks 🙏 🍄🍄‍🟫☝️💯🗿
