Odyssey Scholar trying to change meal plan

I'm a 4th year in the college. Looks like theres a new default meal plan for 3rd and 4th years on campus which is cheaper than the Phoenix and Unlimited plans. In the past, I've been able to change meal plans with no additional cost to me so long as the meal plans cost the same amount. Now that my default is cheaper than the Unlimited/Phoenix, does anyone know if I can change it without incurring extra costs?
