Where are the new rebels that Clancy recruited?

In the overcompensate MV, we all saw how Clancy was there recruiting the DEMA citizens and it seemed like he was explaining them about the whole seizing thing. I think in the end they all joined Clancy’s side. But none of them were in the Paladin Strait MV. We only saw them in overcompensate MV and we never got any hints of whether they joined the banditos or if they even were in the final battle. What if the new rebels with red tapes are somewhere in the towel waiting for their time to shine? Cus idk🤷 There should still be more to come right? Or it’d just mean that what Clancy did in the overcompensate was useless because they never showed up.
