Hangout spots

Im from a smaller town outside of Tulsa. Dating wise there is nothing for me here so Im gonna have to start venturing out to Tulsa. Any suggestions where girls my age 21-30 tend to go hangout? Not necessarily drink but I’m not opposed to it. Im into Pacific Islander types. Or Latinas if that helps haha
