Can a TSA agent retaliate?

I felt I was treated unfairly at a TSA checkpoint so after I passed all the screenings I asked for the name of the supervisor who I felt had been unprofessional. As I was writing it down, she demanded my boarding pass and took a photo of it with her cell phone. It was obvious retaliation and an attempt to intimidate me, since she only asked for it after I asked her to identify herself. My question is - what can she do with that info? Can she put me on a “list”? Can she mess with my checked bags? Something else?
