What’s My Normal? 😭

I got my implant out 1st September 2023 (after being on it for nearly 9 years) I’ve never had regular periods on it & that seems to be continuing off it but the opposite way (they were far & few in between but now coming so quickly!)

I thought I finally got normal on my Nov-Dec cycle but apparently not & I don’t know what to do. It’s so irregular & my dr doesn’t seem to be bothered 😭

we’ve not been actively trying in those cycles but this one we will be so should have more of an idea if I’m even ovulating. I’m taking everything I can (folic acid, seven seas conception, conceive plus ovulation support) let me know if anything else I can take to help. I just feel down, like really down!

I know this is mostly a rant but I feel like I can’t speak to anyone because I’ll get the usual replies and it doesn’t help. Any words of advice, support or just a thread for you to rant on please do ❤️
