Why do people think tiktok getting banned and unbanned was a marketing stunt by trump?

Bidens administration was the one who wanted it banned. The only reason it's unbanned is because he'll sign a executive order tomorrow. It's still not on the app store, so the app "Suddenly being brought back" isn't accurate

I know trump wanted to ban it back in 2020 but people can change there minds. Tiktok was one of the things that made him win the election. Like look at trumps page vs kamala. Way more people were on his profile then hers
