In late 2023, Travis was seen recording while on the road for the Circus Maximus Tour. On January 14, 2024, he reposted a tweet that suggested each song on the new album would have been tied with each city he visited on tour. However, it's likely that he was sarcastic and either way he probably abandoned this concept at this point. The album seems to be planned to release March or April of 2025, just before Travis will be a special guest at Coachella, where he wants to preview ‘a whole new era of music’.

For convenience, each snippet will be fan-titled with the city it was previewed in.

BOSTON

Was first previewed at an afterparty in Boston on January 13, 2024. Also teased at the Mexico City show after party at Cube nightclub, the Rock in Rio after party at Ragga nightclub with Orochi on September 15, 2024, and Oggizery Los’ birthday party in Buenos Aires on October 8, 2024.

Production credits were confirmed by TM88 via X. He also confirmed that the song was made only ‘a few days before the song was previewed’, so it’s likely that the song was actually made and recorded in Montreal or Toronto, where the previous concerts happened. He also stated that he doesn’t know the real name of the song.

MEXICO CITY / PLAY ME

Previewed at an afterparty in Mexico City on September 22, 2024. Was previewed again on WWE Smackdown on October 18 and October 22, and was played in full during the Auckland, New Zealand show on October 30.

The instrumental was teased on the Las Vegas sphere a few days before ComplexCon, with also the text 'Play Me', which could possibly be the real title.

Tay Keith confirmed he produced the beat via Instagram. There‘s rumors that the song will be WWE Raw‘s next theme song, so it could be releasing by January.

NEW YORK CITY

Played in full on November 30, 2023 during the Cactus Jack x Audemars Piguet showcase. Played again on a Circus Maximus afterparty in Boston nightclub Big Night Live on December 23, 2024.

It uses the same instrumental as 'I Got Them' by Chow Lee, so it's unconfirmed if it's actually meant to release. It could also be a 'Guidance' type of situation, where Travis remixed an already released song.

LAS VEGAS

Previewed at Zouk Night Club on November 17, 2023.

Possibly scrapped since the beat was given away to small artist FourFive, who used it on his song 'Since When'.

There were rumors about the song being connected in some way to Drake's 'Fear Of Heights'. Both songs are produced by WondaGurl, the beat is very similar as well as Travis’ flow. Also, Travis has some bars that could refer to 'Fear of Heights' and 'For All The Dogs'.

NO VACANCY / MIAMI (feat. 21 Savage)

Previewed on January 30, 2024 in an Instagram story that shows meeting baseball player Randy Arozarena in Miami. An apparently updated version with an (additional) 21 Savage verse leaked on March 29, possibly recorded in Atlanta on December 2, 2023, before both of them performed at the ‘Circus Maximus’ tour. A demo with another artist’s verse is said to exist.

SANTIAGO (feat. CrisMj)

Previewed at an afterparty in Mexico City on September 22, 2024. Presumably features latin artist CrisMj (could also be his song). CrisMj also doubled down about Travis working on a new album in an interview. He added that he hopes to release the song soon, making it sound like Travis wants to release his album before clearing his feature on the song.

PLAYBOI CARTI COLLABORATIONS

Many collaborations with Carti were teased during 2023 and 2024.

It was said by Carti leakers that Travis and Carti recorded a lot of stuff in August 2023. This is reportedly where 'Backr00ms' and 'Problem Child' come from.

Another untitled Carti collab (fan-dubbed ‘Wake Up’ or ‘00Cactus’) dated October 2023* leaked on August 12, 2024.

Travis teased a song with the filename 'JACK X VAMP' on August 7, 2024 after the ComplexCon lineup was announced. Other file names such as '000' and ‘Where Was You’ can be seen in the video and it’s a fair guess to assume they're Carti collaborations too, all dated December 31, 2023.

OTHER SNIPPETS

  • A collaboration with NAV and possibly Future was teased on January 26, 2024. Metro and Southside can be seen in the video. As NAV’s album trailer for ‘OMW 2 Rexdale’ teased a Travis Scott feature, this could be intended to drop on the album.
  • A snippet of a short voice memo idea recorded in 2024 leaked on May 20.
  • Collaborations with Lil Baby and Roddy Ricch were briefly teased, but it's likely that they're for their upcoming albums. Insiders confirmed that songs for all artists’ upcoming albums were made during Miami sessions with Baby, Future and Young Thug, so a song for TS5 could’ve been recorded.
  • Lil Baby and Travis Scott have confirmedly recorded multiple songs over the year of 2024.
  • A song with JID was seemingly recorded backstage before Travis’ show at MetLife Stadium, as confirmed per Barry Heffner. With Quavo, Sheck Wes, Future, Playboi Carti and more all being spotted at the venue, it’s fair to assume that they recorded something for Travis.
