No Help Avaiiable

My name is Jamesina aged 68 living in Wattleglen nursing home here in Sale. Confided in my Doctor over six months ago I am women and want to live the rest of my miserable life as so. Finaly after six months of yes yes we will see, The Doctor said I will have to go to Thailand or the USA to get HRT. No hope for the aged and forgotten in Vic.
