What should I expect from Total Warhammer 3?

As the title suggests, I have little to know idea what warhammer is about. When I watch total warhammer 3 videos on youtube, sometimes it will range from a WoW looking medieval fantasy battle sim(which is what i want), but then sometimes it looks like its leaning towards more of a history based game. And then sometimes there are dinosaurs.

So before i buy this game I want to know if im going to be able to live out my world conquering demon army fantasy with knights, sorcerers, dragons and castles or if im going to be fighting king leonidas riding a Trex or some shit. Thank you in advance.
