My computer keeps opening apps that I have

The only apps I have are Spotify, Snapchat, discord, Avast, and BlueStacks. Please help this has been going on for months. My mom bought me this computer for my birthday and I can hardly use it. I feel bad for her since she got it with her hard earned cash from her two minimum wage jobs
