I bought Intel 256 GB Optane HBRPEKNX0101AH M.2 SSD, but I bought it for a ryzen system

I did a little research, but I still need definitive information. I know that it comes with 16 GB optane memory + 256 GB SSD, but I have an idea in my mind. I will install the OS on the 256 GB SSD section and use the Primocache SSD as caching on the 16 GB section. But I don't know if my motherboard supports it. I am using b550m pro vdh. Can my system detect 2 separate components on a single PCIE?
