What would you include in a SDR Loom to hiring managers?

Making some loom videos today and tomorrow to send out to hiring managers, VPs and Head of Sales of some jobs I applied for. These are all SDR roles.

What are some points you would make sure to hit in a video like this to stand out? Obviously I’ll introduce myself, skills and experience, but outside of that what will make me stand out?

I assume the video shouldn’t be too long as well since these will be sent out cold. Would love input from those who have done this successfully or any managers on what they would be blown away by.
