How do you track your progress?

I'm trying to track my progress for 100% the game but I'm struggling to find a good resource for tracking my progress. I've hit the checkmark limit on ign and I refuse to pay for more and I've found that Zelda maps is just unresponsive. I've resorted to using pen and paper but that's slow and I'm pretty sure I've not sure if I've wrote everything down that needs to be done.
