What is happening with ERC

Hi I'm new to reddit but I came here to see if anyone could provide updates with what is happening to the ERC at the moment. I could really use the money but the IRS are unable to provide updates anytime I call them. We filed in July 2023 and have received one letter asking for more time a few months ago but no updates since that. Has anyone else been almost waiting a year with no updates or is there something wrong with my claim???
