KFC opening on King Street Newtown?

Either that, or Ray White Commercial ran out of their proprietary "leased" stickers and figured they'd use the ones left over from the KFC tenancy they set up and no one would notice.

McDonald's on King Street went kaput. That was 20 years ago, and there have been huge demographic changes to King Street since, although I'm not sure if they're demographics that would revel in a local KFC.

There's also a heap of other chicken places within 5 minutes walk. So if it is a new KFC outlet opening there, we'll see how it goes.
