How to make up Star Wars names

1) Normal people names: take one name that sounds completely normal, and combine it with a name made from real words. Or take a normal name and add or change a letter until it sounds spacey.

If you can't thin of two character names, just give them a title and then you just have to think of one

3) Bad guy names: looking at the formula for "Darth Vader" and "Darth Palpatine" you pretty much just take a word that starts with "in" and replace it with "darth" (eg invader, insidious)
