There are currently 4 Pokémon with signature moves/abilities that ignore protect. Currently in VGC they are:

Hoopa: Mythical, never going to be allowed (would probably be busted as Hyperspace Hole and Hyperspace Fury remove protect)

Iron Boulder: Currently banned. When allowed, not very good (despite being one of two Pokémon with a 100% accurate rock move over 70 BP)

Dudunsparce: Legal. Never used.

Urshifu: Currently banned. When allowed, incredibly good.
