Can you give me negatives / health benefits of drinking / not drinking?
I’d like a list of perks and positives to refer to for if I ever get disillusioned with the idea of cutting back and slip back into old habits
The things that mainly inspire me is knowing the impact of alcohol on the body, I like to know that I’m getting healthier by not drinking but I’d like to specifically know how
I thought it might help others on here looking for a boost too :)
