Trendsetter Homes

My husband and I are looking to move into a bigger house, and a Trendsetter Home in republic caught our interest. I haven’t seen the best reviews for the company from posts about a year ago. Has anyone bought one recently and have any advice/experience/caution to provide? I’m not looking to spend so much money if it’ll all fall apart in a year😬 Thank you!
