Looks like the time is officially updated to 4:45pm EST on their website. I remember looking at the site yesterday and this not being on the calendar, but up on the Congress site as 12:00am. Sorry to get peoples hopium down. I really think the 12am time was either just a placeholder until they had the official time or an accident/mistake. I don’t think this was posted yet, but sorry if it was.
