Jeffries Speech before giving the gavel to Mike Johnson

Did anyone else hear Hakeem Jeffries speech? Was it just me or was Jeffries speech odd?

He said "notice this side there is no election deniers but we will fight for free and fair elections." Then said that women have the right to make decisions about their own bodies regarding reproductive health matters.

Was it just me, or was that an odd thing to say?

Mike Johnson needs to stop saying "the people want a mandate."
