Noobie heating question RHP/CHE

TL;DR What brand/size/wattage of radiant heat mat or ceramic heat bulb should we be looking at for a royal python in a large wooden viv.

Wifey and I are looking at getting a royal python. We have access to a 120cm(w)x45cm(d)x60cm(h) wooden viv with sliding glass front. We are aware that we will probably have to use a divider to reduce this size while the snake is smaller and put plenty of environmental cover to minimize stress from feeling over exposed.

The only snake I've ever been involved in the care of before was a corn snake kept in a plastic RUB tub with a heat pad underneath on a thermostat. When looking into wooden viv use it seems that lots of people recommend against heat mats because they're useless outside and risky inside. Lots of threads tend to point towards RHPs, the closest thing I've found in the UK is this reptile radiator at 75w. Would this be appropriate? sufficient? And if so where does one place it? Do I need a ceramic heat lamp as well to maintain ambient temperature?

Any advice on maintaining appropriate heat would be greatly appreciated. Of course we will spend a couple of weeks running the set up before introducing a snake to it, to make sure we've got everything sorted but I'm feeling a little flummoxed right at the start.
