[Task] looking to get an app built

Those of you who build apps I need your help, I need to get a GPS based time tracker for my phone because I don't remember my time sheets, ever. What I need in terms of functionality is a way to choose a spot on the highway to start tracking my day and a place to stop tracking my day, and some sort of log where I can look back and total up the hours to make sure my payroll was done right. I don't need anything fancy in terms of UI, as long as it's useable.
