Increased movement speed without mods/console commands?

I've been at the game for years, and played a bit with console commands once, but I'm doing a vanilla runthrough on console at the moment... I am wondering if there are any vanilla items/artefacts that grant increased movement speed to the wearer?

I'm playing a light-footed archer/one-handed character and use Whirlwind Sprint when I can, combined with Zephyr (fires 30% faster than a standard bow); something to increase my base movement speed, even by as little as 2 - 5% would be noticed and appreciated!
